By Katie Hoffmann and Dina Bass Oct. 15 (Bloomberg) — International Business Machines Corp. reported a decline in signed services contracts in the third quarter. The shares fell in extended trading. Signed services contracts, an indicator of future business, dropped 7 percent, Armonk, New York-based company said today in a statement. IBM fell 3.3 percent in late trading to $123.70, after dropping 37 cents to $127.98 today on the New York Stock Exchange.
