By Viola Gienger March 4 (Bloomberg) — The Pentagon said it’s investigating gun shots fired in an incident at the building in Arlington, Virginia. “There has been an incident where shots were fired,” Defense Department spokesman Bryan Whitman said in an e-mail today. He said officials are trying to determine what happened. The Pentagon is not in lockdown, Whitman said. Fox News reported that three people were injured in a shooting outside the entrance to the Metro subway station at the Pentagon, which is just outside Washington, D.C. The three people were taken to the emergency room at George Washington University Hospital in Washington, according to Fox.
