Then said “A lot of agents have already started looking for parttime jobs”. What shocks me (and perhaps it shouldn’t) is that even realestate agents are living so close to the max of an income that even so quickly after a boom…they are in financial trouble . …. Serious wealth creation in RE has been historically been achieved through commercial RE / RE development and/or long term holding of significant land areas, not by owing a house. Big difference – one is a business.
